Does this rule exist?

So this is my problem: When I have 10 points and my opponent has 6 ( next point that I get I'll win ), if my opponent misses his service, and stays on his side, do I win or does he restart his service?

Hi,

If your opponent makes a mistake with his serve it is your point and you win the game.
