Donic Waldner 700 vs Joola Mistral

Hey. Could someone please tell me which one is better - Donic Waldner 700 or Joola Mistral? Please give reasons, too. I'm an all-rounded player just a  bit inclined towards defence. Also, it would be awesome if you could suggest a better racquet than both these in the same price range, which is available in India. Thanks in advance.

I would say they are similar in quality.
