When I have a tournament in early afternoon (13.30), when and what should I eat for lunch?

Thank you for your answer.

Hi Christian,

Certainly nothing too heavy.  Things high in carbohydrates would be good, like breads and cereals.  I like to use fruit buns.  Also make sure you are well hydrated.  Water is fine here.

You could probably eat at around 12 to a little earlier, depending on your on table preparation required.  In this case you could have a bigger breakfast as well so that you don't need to eat so much just before you play.
