my footwork is not so well.please give some ideas so that i can improve my footwork.and also for some concentration power.

Hi Saurabh,

Footwork like everything else in Table Tennis takes a lot of training.

THe basic movements can be learned by watching the lesson on Footwork Basics.  Then it is a matter of doing it a lot of times in different ways to simulate what happens in a match.  Get a copy of our Training Secrets Revealed DVD.  This will give you loads and loads of ideas to help you to train your footwork.  

As for concentration that comes also with practice.  Use our training time to make sure you are focused on every rally and every ball that you hit.  The more you do this the better your concentration will be.
