Nn fast serve is it always low or high

It is best to keep it low. The higher the bounce the slower it will be.

dear pingskills,
can you make a video about making return board because when i go on youtube for tips they just show me thier return board but dont tell me how to make it. So please make a video and respond to me a soon as possible
