Hello Alois and Jeff! I’ve been enjoying the podcast and tutorials and I’m just wondering how to identify my strengths in a match, and, more importantly, how to effectively control the rally to favor my strengths? Thanks!

If you get a chance to video your match, even on your phone and then look through point by point and see how you are winning each point. Also look at how you are losing each of the points. This will give you a better idea of what you strengths and weaknesses are in a match situation.
Then once you have identified these things, see how you can manipulate the rallies more often to get to the stronger shots in your game.
