Hi Ashraf,

The first thing to remember is that every player has some sort of fear when they are competing.

Then next thing is to think about how do you deal with those feelings.  Some simple techniques is to focus on your breathing in between points to distract yourself from the other negative thoughts that are going through your head.  This is something that you will need to practice a lot over time in your training.

Take a look initially at our tutorial in the Advanced Sports Psychology section on how to Recognise Your Feelings.  We have some ideas in the Effective Training tutorial as well.  For our Premium members you can take a look at the tutorial on Activation Level as well for some more ideas.
