Female vs Male pros playing distance

Why do the female pro players play close to the table taking the ball off the bounce while pro men play mid-distance?

Hi Roneil,

I think overall it is to do with strength and spin generation.  The females tend to play closer and faster while the men will utilise power to play from further and generate more spin.
