First custom bat

Hey Pingskills,

 Ive been using a stiga carbotech raket for a long time and now have gone on to a yuki 2 from butterfly and find that good for me so far but for future reference I was wondering if you could tell me a blade and 2 rubber combination for my next and first custom bat. I would prefer the forehand short pimple and backhand control. I loop and smash very well on my forehand but my backhand lacks control.

Hi Rohan,

The first custom bat we recommend is the PingSkills Touch with Mark V.  I am not sure about playing with pimples on the forehand first. I would go for an inverted rubber first to make sure you learn the strokes properly and then you can move to pimples.
