Is it advisable to flick a short spiny sidespin serve; with the right height?

Hi Abdiel,

Yes you can do that.  Anything with a bit of sidespin you should be able to flick.  It is then a matter of getting the angle of your bat correct to get the flick on the table.  It is best to hit the ball at the top of the bounce to give yourself the best chance of success.
