Mental Preparation
I have had some times situations during a game sometimes even a rally that I lose my focus and start smashing the ball too early or just chopping and pushing even for easily attacking balls. I don't understand why this happens and what we should do to counter it. I have been seeing other questions before putting this one, but nothing seemed to match this question. So, How does that happen? Why does that happen? How do we counter this problem?

Hi Ganesh,
It is a matter of focus for each point. This is a big question and requires you to be able to play each point on its merits. You should try to develop a pre point routine that remains the same you need to be able to monitor your emotional level as well. So try to recognise when you are too excited and when you are too low emotionally.
