Hello Mr Rosario,
Is it true that all of the food at the Australia Institute of Sport is healthy? My coach says it isn't all healthy.

Hi Connor,
I don't think that everything there is healthy. You need to make good choices to have a good healthy diet.
Session 1 of your 52 week training plan focuses on consistency of your strokes. As such we spend a lot of time working on grooving our strokes. Make sure to also watch the accompanying master class on consistency.
