Hi Piotr,
This is a starter bat. I haven't used it but it looks like it would be OK. It may be a little slow but it is the right type of bat to begin with.
The bat we recommend is the PingSkills Rook Table Tennis Bat.

Hi Dunni,
You can read about all the ratings on the page for the PingSkills Touch. The problem with ratings though is that all the manufacturers do them independently which makes it hard to compare across different brands.
