Hello guys, I hope you have some training tips to improve this. In fact, I've some difficulties to position myself correctly on balls placed middle of the table. I'm always to close to the ball, especially when the play is getting fast and when i don't read well where the ball is going. What would you recommend ? thanks in advance sebastien

Hi Sebastien,

One thing that will really help is if you have a wider stance and really bend your knees a lot.  By doing this you can sway better and still be balanced to make the ball in the middle.

The other thing that is important here is tracking the ball well.  By watching the ball carefully you will give yourself the best opportunity to see where the ball is coming as early as possible.  This will give you more time to react and get your body organised...
