Hi Alois and Jeff,What drills which can improve my footwork? I have tried a skipping rope. Is that good for my footwork drill?

Hi Archel,

Skipping is good for your movement.  To get more specific you can do footwork drills in training.

Take a look through our free download of Training Drills. In there you will find a lot of footwork drills that you can use to improve your movement.

Make sure you have the basic movement correct by watching the lesson on Footwork Basics.
