could u give me some drills about how i can keep my consistency on my forehand because i have a stable backhand but my forehand isnt as stable is it because i hit it too hard

The first thing to do is to make sure that you have your technique correct. Take a look again at the lesson on The Forehand Counterhit.
Next you need to start to see how many forehands you can do in a row during training. Probably the easiest way is to set up a PingSkills Consistency Wall Chart. On this you can keep a record of how many hits you can do in a row.
Every time you play, have a try at beating your record. This will only take a few minutes of your time but the results will be rewarding.
