As per the title, I have a problem when flicking. I watched the related video but i was unable to make a fast flick. I can make a slow spinny flick.

Hi Utkarsh,

With the forehand flick, it is quite difficult to get a lot of spin. With the backhand sidespin flick this is a bit easier because you can use your wrist to get the bat moving really fast.

You might also need to wait for a slightly higher ball or one with not much backspin if you want to make a fast flick. Try to think of it as a mini-smash. This will help you get a good contact for making a fast flick.

Snake Shot

A snake shot is a type of stroke which is specifically used against a drop shot. It is usually loaded with a heavy spin so that the opponent finds it difficult to counter. The type of spin can be backspin, sidespin or topspin depending on your choice. You need to make a movement after hitting the ball to confuse your opponent.
