How can i turn my forehand push into more of attacking stroke and what will the effect be on the opponent?

HI Shelby,

To make the push more attacking, take it a little earlier off the bounce and put more spin on the ball.  This will cut down the time that your opponent has to make their stroke and the extra spin will make it more difficult to lift the ball if they try to attack.

The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin. Used in conjunction with the banana flick it can be very deceptive. The banana flick is a more reliable stroke and that's why you see more top players using it over the strawberry flick.
