Hello. I do not know how to do the forehand sidespin even if i take a look at the videos already.

Hi Yiejian,

The forehand sidespin topspin is an advanced stroke so can be difficult to learn. If you are having troubles, then start by practicing the forehand topspin. Practice this until you can make 50 shots in a row without missing. Once you develop this level of consistency, you will be more able to adapt the stroke and impart the sidespin.

Once you mastered the normal forehand topspin and are ready to move onto the sidespin version, make sure you watch the lesson over and over and try to get the picture of how the stroke is played ingrained in your mind. Doing this will help you learn the stroke faster.

In this case, instead of brushing the back of the ball, we brush the side of the ball?
