Good afternoon sir please guide me how to teach forehand for beginners and also forehand top spin thank u sir.

Hi Rajesh,

I think the best thing is to follow the lessons we have on the two strokes.

Take a look at the Forehand Counterhit and the Forehand Topspin Against Block tutorials for help.

It is important that you don't make it too complex.  Stay with the simple teaching points we show you.

Hey Alois,

When ever i hit a forehand topspin and backhand topspin it hits the net or goes out of the table. How to fix this problem???

And am a left handed player so please tell me how fix this??

Hi Siddhanth,

Work on getting more topspin on the shot.  The topspin will give you more margin for error because you can hit the ball higher an the topspin will make the ball dip onto the table.

Brush the ball on contact and also make sure you are following the basics of the stroke that we show you in the lessons on Forehand Topspin and Backhand Topspin.
