Hey coach

Hi Alois and Jeff, I'm having trouble with my forehand topspin shot, whenever I try the shot I forget the timing, when to bend down, when to hit the ball, also when to bend your arms and what leg position you have to be when attacking the ball.

cheers Helish

Hi Helish,

Don't try to focus on too many things.  Think about the position of your body and then your start and finish positions of the stroke.  That is all you need to get the stroke right.  Then just let it happen.
