How do I hit a forehand smash with proper technique without basic errors like the ball hitting the net or going out of the table? I am a school level player and have to play next week please help.

Hi Ishita,

You can take a look at our lessons page and in particular the page on Strokes & Technique.  This has a lesson specifically on the Forehand Smash which will show you the correct technique.  Good luck in your matches next week.
