Hi coach

I am having a lot of problems playing the forehand topspin against a plain ball. My practice partner is a chopper using long pimples.I am very good at topspinning against his heavy chops, but when it comes to a no spin ball or a push I hit the ball out .What could be my problem. Its become a mental block for me now.please help. The problem is I'm hitting easy balls out of the table.

Hi Sujeet,

Work on changing the angle of your bat.  Turn it more over the top of the ball and make sure you are still brushing the ball with topspin.  You may also be tightening your shoulder when playing this stroke. Focus on keeping the shoulder relaxed.
