Hi,

My forehand topspin always hits the net or goes out and I keep losing points from it. What should I do?

Hi Kyle,

Welcome.  It sounds like you are not getting enough spin on the ball.  When you get spin you also get a better arc on the flight of the ball.  This allows you a better margin for error over the net.

I would try slowing down the stroke for a while and focus on getting more spin on the ball.  When you feel you have this right then you can speed up the stroke again.
