Strokes
Helo alois ...i have one question about forehand topspin and how to get your forehand topspin in perfect technique..i seen a lot of player how they training their forehands in some exercises and some players just training against block without multiball or others...i just want to ask you which type of training is best to get your forehand in perfect technique .. ??
Hi John,
At the start multiball is good to get a lot of hitting practice in a short amount of time.
After that you need to do it against a player hitting the ball to you so that you get the feel of the ball coming in and how to move and react and still maintain your stroke.
The backhand flick allows you to attack a short ball. Learn this stroke to make it more difficult for your opponent to stop you attacking.
