Hi Alois I want to ask you :

1.Is there any difference in forehand topspin and forhand loop ? If yes ,what ?

2.What exactly is the power pocket ? What means inside the power pocket and outside the power pocket?

Thanks a lot

Hi Alexandar,

There is no real difference between a loop and a topspin.  The loop is often referred to as the higher slower topspin stroke.  They are just different variations of the topspin stroke.

The Power pocket is just a term that some players use for the spot where you like to hit the ball from.  It is also known as the Hitting Zone.
