How do I find the "free downloads" within your website. I particularly would like to download the training plan.

Hi Alden,
Since the site has changed a bit there are also a few changes to where things are located. You will find a link at the bottom of each page of the site to the Free Downloads.
Let us know if you have anything else that you are searching for.
