Just signed up from Texas.  Just wanted to say hi, to everyone.

Ok, I do have a question already

Why do some pre-made table tennis bats have different total performance ratings scale

For example Stiga has bat performance rating combined (spin, control, speed) of either 60 or 100.  Why the difference in the scale?

I would ignore any rating scale on most premade bats as the rubbers have very little grip, producing limited speed and spin.

I'd recommend to everyone, especially beginners that you should use a custom blade and rubbers. My 1st setup only cost me slightly more than that of a premade bat but the quality more than made up for it.
