i have problem switching between forehand and backhand during practice how can i improve on that...any physical training could help????
Hi Bharat,
This is more a skills issue. Do lots of drills where you are required to switch. You can see a lot of these on the Training Secrets Revealed.
It will show you different drills that will help with this specifically. Drills like the Triple Switch would be ideal.

You can try playing against a wall, aiming the ball towards your opposite side. It helped me a lot, and even improved my reactions!
If you have more resources, then get yourself a partner and drill until you
diefall!
