For a small tube of XIOM I bond it would cost around AUD$10 which is around 410 Rupees.

Hey Sharad,
I am not sure if Xiom is available in Mumbai, India. So far, I have seen Butterfly Clean Chack, a small tube costs around 120- 150 Rs (enough quantity for 4 rubber sheets). It is not ITTF approved but thats ok unless you are playing in an ITTF sanctioned tourney. Should be ok for club level and local competitions. Other glues are also available and they range upto 400 rs for a 500 ml bottle.
