I'm looking to develop my forehand into an attacking beast but I'm struggling with accuracy and control what can I do?

Hi Walter,

In training focus firstly on getting more consistent with it by ensuring your technique is correct. This will also help with your confidence in the stroke.

Then do some drills where you make sure that you are playing forehands whenever the ball is in your forehand court.

After that you can start to play some practice matches and again make sure you are utilising your forehand more.
