Palio vs DHS

Do you recommend a Palio blade and rubber or a DHS blade and rubber for a beginner intermediate CPen holder. Also, is there any other type of blades or rubber you would recommend?

I don’t have any preferences at all.  Maybe others will give you some advice about these.
