Is there any adjustment in grip between forehand and backhand? Even just a subtle change?

Hi Erriza,

When you are starting out it is probably better to have the same grip for both sides. When you start to develop your skills you can start to think about loosening your grip and adjusting it slightly for both sides.

Hi, coach!

I have similar question. My grips when I push and topspin are different. When I push, the grip is closer to the head, and not relaxed. During topspin grip is relaxed and not so close to the head. What do you suggest? Push with the grip which I do topspin? Or Topspin with grip of push?

Hi Ardak,

It is ok to have subtle changes there too as long as you are not losing time with the change.
