My grip is changing during transition from backhand to forehand. Due to this I am not able to play forehand shots properly.

Please suggest.

Hi Kamal,

It is important to find something neutral where you can play both forehand and backhand with a similar grip.  The grip doesn't have to be exactly the same but it does need to be close enough so that you can change quickly enough when the ball comes quickly.

Take a look at this video we have made on Changing Grip Between Backhand and Forehand.

  3. Finish Position: Completing the stroke in a way that prepares you for the next shot.
