Is it a good carbon blade??? Is it good enough! And I want to learn to play with short pips on my backhand and use a faster rubber on my forehand. Any suggestions please!

Artengo isn't a very renowned brad, but they generally make decent products. Couldn't find any review of this particular blade on my usual websites. Watch out though, it is marked "Off++", which is supposedly "very very fast". Walnut is hard, carbon is stiff, so I would be a bit doubtful of the claimed "ball feel and control".
At that price you could get yourself some of the best sellers from Tibhar, Joola, Stiga, Donic...

Tried the Adidas P-3 on the backhand, very impressed. This rubber is fast, super spinny, with excellent control. It's like T64 at half the price. Thought short pips on the backhand is going out of style for younger players. P-3 is the go!
