I like high toss serves and it's really effective but sometimes I just can't serve double bounce, can you give me some advices ? And how to deceive the opponent using your high toss serve ?

Hi,

When you do the high toss serve the ball hits your bat quite fast.  So rather than trying to hit the ball forwards too much just let the ball drop onto your bat.  This will help you to serve shorter.  You can then just concentrate on getting the type of spin you want, backspin, sidespin or topspin.

I like the high toss serve too because it is easier to deceive your opponent.  You can have a very relaxed action and still generate a lot of spin because of the speed the ball is hitting your bat..  This is difficult for your opponent to read.
