Hi OJ,

Glad you have joined us. It is very good that you are receiving coaching.  I hope this will help you to improve.

The topspin against a chop is a difficult stroke.  Keep it as simple as you can.  Make sure you are starting a little lower than your normal topspin and finish with your racket well above your eyes.  When you contact the ball make sure you are getting a nice brushing contact to get the spin to lift the ball over the net.

Take a look at our lesson on this stroke in our lesson on the Forehand Loop Off Backspin.

Apart from that the best tip is to make sure you practice consistently and as much as you can while still maintaining your concentration.
