Just Wanted To Know How A Rubber Is Rated, I Have Seen Them Rate Out Of Spin, Control And Power but at what level, Is It Rated Out Of One Hundered Or Something.

Different manufacturers and different sites have different rating systems. It is best to compare those of similar sites.
