I have a table but how i can use it in practicing ?
How do I do more spin?

Hi Bashar,
Take a look at our lesson on Practicing Alone. This will give you some ideas.
To get more spin you need to brush the ball on contact. The faster you can brush the ball the more spin you ail be able to get.
