I am not an expert in this area. I think weight training is a good start but I would go to a gym and seek out some professional advice.
Finding one serve your opponent doesn't like can win you a match. That's why it's important to be able to serve with variation. When you playing an opponent try different variations of each serve and see what your opponent doesn't like.
