how to apply stiga carbon speed glue

how should i apply stiga carbon speed glue on my rubber? should i put glue also on my blade? and should i remove the rubber from my blade when i pack up? please help me

Hi Noel,
Firstly remember that this glue is banned now.
To use it just apply some on both the rubber and blade, wait till it dries and then apply them together.
