Hi PingSkills I have a problem that's in rally I always play in rush and not calm so the stroke will be bad I try to play calm but it's hard as it has been a habit to play in a rush. Please help me to fix this problem so I can play with calm and make good strokes. Please for the answer, Thank you very much.

The main thing is practice. The more you see the ball at that pace the more calm you will feel. Even in training if you train at a faster pace then when it comes to a game the game speed will feel slower and you will be able to remain calm.
