Hey i'm 16 and i started playing table tennis at the age of 13 (not professionally) i now want to start playing tournaments and at the olympics. Please help out on what to do. Is it better to start coaching from a professional. Oh and i stay in the UAE. Please help me Thanks

The first thing is to join a club and start to play competitively at that level. Then find some tournaments.
Getting some coaching is a good step as well. It will help you to learn good technique which is the foundation to a good game.
