Hi Alois and Jeff,

How to deal with the long backspin serve or a chop? I've watched your video about the forehand/backhand topspin off backspin, but I couldn't made it pass through the net.

Thanks a lot!
Regards, Archel

Hi Archel,

If the ball is going into the net you need to lift it more with a more vertical stroke.  Also check that you have grip on the rubber on your racket.  Without this grip you will not be able to lift the ball well.

Banana Flick

The banana flick has become one of the most important returns in table tennis. It allows you to attack almost any short ball and places your opponent under immediate pressure. Still it is a difficult stroke that takes a lot of practice to master.
