Training
Hi Simon,
This is definitely a good skill to work on.
I often have 3 in my hand as well. What sort of container do you have the balls. Try to have them in an open container that is easily accessible. Feed the ball out at a pace that you are comfortable with to start with. The most important thing is rhythm rather than pace. So slow it down to the speed that you can pick the next bunch of balls up. As you get more comfortable you will start to be cleaner with picking up the next bunch of balls.
If you are finding 3 balls difficult to pick up then go back to two or even one at a time so you are getting better rhythm.
You get plenty of opportunity to practice serving with spin in this week's training plan. We change the normal routine slightly by not having a dedicated serving time at the end of the session. Instead we focus on and practice the serve through most of the exercises. This is an important part of Table Tennis so put a lot of effort into this session.

Hi pingskill,
I'm Chairiel
May i ask you, how to counter smash ( TOPSPIN) It is rather difficult block when with someone which good in attack, thank you
Hi Chairiel,
The first thing you should focus on is to stop your opponent from attacking. Take a look at this lesson on I Can't Return That Smash!.
Then also look at the lessons on the Backhand Block as the option to be able to return a fast topspin.
