My short game is already good but I'm wondering if there's a drill which will take my short game to the next level

Hi Josh,

My favourite "The Short Pushing Game".

There are several levels to this game.

Level 1: You win a point automatically when you push the ball audit touches the net and goes on.  Even if the other player gets the ball back, you still win a point.

Level 2: You keep the first rule but now you also win a point if your opponent pushes the ball and it only bounces once on your side.  You have to leave the ball and let it bounce on the floor on the second bounce.

Level 3: Keep the first two rules.  Now you can also win a point if you hit the ball away for a winner.  However if you go for the attack and your opponent gets the ball back, they win the point.

Give it a try and see how it works for you.  We show you this drill in our 52 Week Training Plan section in the #29 - Short Push Return tutorial.
