Strokes
Hi PingSkills,
I have a problem on my forehand and backhand topspin. That's i make a fault movement and position of the whole body and my hand.
So, how to fix it as it has become my habit and i will have match soon.
Please for the answer
thanks you very much
Hi Frendy,
Focus on technique during training. If you are focused on where the ball goes you will not make the correct movements to start with. Once you have the correct arm action then you can focus on the ball flight.
The forehand chop is a defensive stroke played away from the table. It is mainly used by defenders but can also be incorporated into an attackers game when forced away from the table.

so i must focus on the action of the movement right ? and how to know if i've mastered it ? as i like to make a fast topspin but my topspin is not good enough so my friend told me to make slower topspin but make the movement correct...
