Hi Samuel,

Try to set yourself some new challenges.  Even if it is to train a little more or better.  Perhaps go to a different playing venue or club and see if you can find some new players to play.  This can also inspire some new challenges.

We sometimes get bored if we are doing the same things too repetitively.  You may look at some different training drills that you can use as well.

#15 - Using Depth

In this session we talk about the length of your placement. Often we think that we need to always hit the ball deeper and faster however sometimes playing a shorter ball during a rally can catch your opponent off guard. If this happens to you, you need to ensure you are able to move forward and deal with the shorter ball.

Play matches more to avoid mundane drills. Also if you haven't already join a club. Soon you'll be desperate to beat the players at the club

it is worth considering a short break, i mean total layoff. if you are really normally passionate and practise a few times a week but have felt a bit deflated lately try just a week or two without picking up a bat, it worked for me, after this i felt really gagging to play and train again, and surely this makes for better results.
