Hi pingskills,

It's amost time for my first custom bat! I was wondering how to glue a rubber to a blade. Also would 2.1mm short pips rubber be good for a close to the table offensive Jpen player, how mich spin can you generate for looping with a short pips rubber? Thanks.

Also I'd like to thank you for the great videos that you upload I've progressed so much because of them!!!

Hi Jon,

Take  aloof at this video we have.

Replacing Your Rubber.  It should help.

Pimple rubber will give you good control but not much spin.  It would be better to get a slightly thinner inverted rubber.

Tone is in Your Fingers

There's is an old saying about guitar playing - tone is in your fingers. And If you've ever seen a really good guitarist play an old guitar then you'll understand how true that saying is. I know we go on a lot about this topic but it is so true. Once you've got yourself a decent bat, it's no longer up to the equipment, it's up to YOU!
