Hi Haris,

To increase the speed of your topspin firstly you need to maintain your technique.  Then get your bat moving through faster.  This can be done by moving your arm through faster but also with the help of the rest of your body.  This can start with your legs as well as waist and upper body to help you to move it through faster.

One thing to watch out for is that when you want to hit the ball faster that you do not tighten up your shoulders.  This is a natural reaction but is counter-productive to getting the bat moving faster.
